Bij GoodHope GGZ staat de herstelkracht van de cliënt centraal. Wij bieden specialistische verslavingszorg en streven ernaar om voor iedere cliënt de best mogelijke ondersteuning op maat te bieden. Onze missie is om mensen te begeleiden naar een betekenisvol leven, vrij van verslaving. Voor ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een betrokken en deskundige (Basis) Psycholoog die de spil wil zijn in het zorgproces en cliënten wil begeleiden naar herstel en een nieuwe start.
Wat ga je doen?
Als (Basis) Psycholoog ben je de vaste, betrouwbare professional voor een eigen groep cliënten (casemanagement). Je coördineert de zorg en bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor de cliënt, diens netwerk en andere betrokkenen. Je zorgt voor een integrale aanpak door intensieve samenwerking binnen en buiten ons team. Mogelijk ook op termijn behandeling geven.
Je belangrijkste taken zijn:
Je bent verantwoordelijk voor een eigen caseload van intake tot afronding van het zorgtraject.
Geven van groeps en individuele behandeling aan clienten
Je onderhoudt regelmatig contact met cliënten (face-to-face, telefonisch of digitaal) in jouw caseload om hun voortgang te monitoren, te ondersteunen en te motiveren.
Je voert intakegesprekken uit, brengt hulpvragen en krachten in kaart en stelt gezamenlijk een behandelplan op.
Je verzorgt tijdige en nauwkeurige verslaglegging in het elektronisch cliëntendossier (ECD).
Je neemt deel aan het Multi-Disciplinair Overleg (MDO), waar je cliënten bespreekt met het multi disciplinair team.
Je ondersteunt en begeleidt cliënten bij het aanvragen van voorzieningen, zoals WMO en aanmelding bij Safehouse.
Wie ben jij?
Je bent een empathische en betrokken professional met een passie voor de verslavingszorg. Je bent in staat om de regie te voeren en verbindingen te leggen, zowel voor de cliënt als in samenwerking met je team.
Je beschikt over:
Een afgeronde opleiding tot (Basis) Psycholoog.
Ervaring met en affiniteit voor de verslavingszorg in de gespecialiseerde GGZ.
Een planmatige en oplossingsgerichte instelling.
Uitstekende communicatieve, empatische en adviserende vaardigheden.
Het vermogen om zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband te werken.
Goede schriftelijke vaardigheden voor heldere en gestructureerde verslaglegging.

- Conducting intake interviews / diagnostic assessments

Your profile
- Completed relevant training as a (GZ) psychologist or mental health pedagogue.
- Experience in treating addiction problems is a plus.

What will you be doing?
As a Case Manager, you’ll be the dedicated, reliable professional for your own group of clients. You’ll coordinate care and be the first point of contact for the client, their network, and other stakeholders. You’ll ensure a comprehensive approach through intensive collaboration within and outside our team. You may also provide treatment in the future.
Your main tasks are:
- You are responsible for your own caseload from intake to completion of the care pathway.
- You maintain regular contact with clients (face-to-face, by telephone or digitally) to monitor, support and motivate their progress.
- You conduct intake interviews, identify support needs and strengths, and jointly draw up a treatment plan.
- You provide timely and accurate reporting in the electronic client file (ECD).
- You participate in the Multi-Disciplinary Consultation (MDO), where you discuss clients with specialists such as psychologists, psychiatrists, nurses, mental health professionals and addiction specialists.
- You support and guide clients in applying for benefits, such as WMO (Social Support Act) and registration with Safehouse.
Who are you?

You have:
- A completed training as a GZ-aagoog, Psychologist or Nurse .
- Experience with and an affinity for addiction care in specialized mental health care.

Do you work with people with addiction, fostering hope and recovery?
Goodhope Addiction Care is looking for a driven and experienced Clinical Psychologist for 16 hours per week. You’ll use your expertise to manage complex care needs and contribute to the professional growth of our team.
What will you be doing?
As a treatment coordinator, you are ultimately responsible for the treatment of our clients in your caseload. The case manager develops the treatment plan, and you review and sign it, coordinate care, and monitor progress. You also play a crucial role in guiding and training colleagues by providing supervision and peer supervision. You collaborate closely within a multidisciplinary team to provide the best possible care.
You are the ideal candidate if you:
- You are a BIG-registered clinical psychologist.
- You have demonstrable experience with addiction care.
- Have experience with or an affinity for providing supervision and coaching colleagues.
- Have natural authority and analytical skills to manage treatment processes.
- You have strong communication skills and can work well with others.
- Have a positive, solution-oriented and client-focused attitude that fits with Goodhope’s vision.
- Pre is an EMDR registration
